Hurst Accountsants

We are very proud to have been chosen in June 2021 as Charity of the Year for accounting and business advisory firm Hurst.

We were chosen following a vote by staff at the firm following a nomination by trainee accountant Abby Carey as we had cared for her mother. Hurst are planning a number of fundraising days during the course of the year, with a regular charity football tournament as one of the highlights in the calendar.

Staff also volunteered here at the Hospice, in our shops and at our Distribution Centre.

Village Hotel Ashton

The Village Hotel, Ashton, have adopted Willow Wood Hospice as their Charity of the Year and we are looking forward to working with them over the course of the next 12 months.

In the past we have worked closely with the Village Hotels, with fundraisers including a Summer Ball and for many years we held our Royal Ascot Ladies Day in their stylish function rooms.

Kerry Foods

Kerry Foods have adopted Willow Wood Hospice as their Charity of the Year and we are looking forward to working with them over the course of the next 12 months.

Kerry Foods have had a long association with Willow Wood, and have held annual Fun Days, raising thousands over the years.

This year, they have also sponsored our Firewalk on 23 October meaning that all monies raised by this event will come straight back to the Hospice to enable us to care for our patients and their families.

Ladysmith Centre

The Ladysmith Centre have adopted Willow Wood Hospice as their Charity of the Year and we are looking forward to working with them over the course of the next 12 months.

Bromleys Solicitors

We are very proud to have been chosen as Charity of the Year 2022 from local firm Bromleys Solicitors LLP.

Bromleys have long been supporters of the Hospice; they were sponsors of and took part in our Big Bike Rides, and have supported our Golf Days, Midnight Wanders and other fundraising events.
In addition, they were founder members of our Business Connexions Business Club, and members of the 99ers prior to that.

We are looking forward very much to extending our relationship in the coming year.
